Bio

Deirdre DiBiaggio takes a personal interest in her clients. A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, she works hard and leverages her excellent relationships with judges and other attorneys to negotiate on her clients’ behalf. Since 1995, she has handled Social Security disability cases, in addition to representing injured and disabled persons in workers’ compensation and personal injury lawsuits. With over 30 years of practicing law, she's a seasoned and skilled negotiator with good relationships with judges and other attorneys. Furthermore, they are a bilingual firm for their Spanish-speaking clients. Rest assured, you are in good hands.

She is a past member of the Dade Human Rights Foundation and a past member of the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee of the Florida Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives (NOSSCR).
